Hello. I am a technologist and legal researcher based in New Delhi. I am the interim head of ARTICLE 19's Global Digital Programme, a member of the Progressive International secretariat, and co-chair of the Public Interest Technology Group.

I also serve on the Advisory Board of the critical infrastructure lab, and work with non-profit organisations on network security, information technology law and human rights.

In the past, I've documented censorship-resistant techniques as an Iran Cyber Dialogue Fellow; studied online censorship in Asia as a Information Controls Fellow; led research on internet governance and civil liberties at the Centre for Internet and Society; and worked as a Legislative Assistant to Member of Parliament Fellow.
